Electricity is generated by solar system of 50 kWatt, a low public backup energy is available
Off-grid energy Solar power. Large appliances best to use during daytime.
Heating Pellet stove (Casa Vale Vinagre) or heat pump other accomodations.
Pool Max depth 1.7 m (Casa Vale Vinagre) or 1.5 m (others — likely a typo for 1.5 m, as 15 m is extreme). No diving/jumping.
Smoking Not inside. No butts out side
Electric cars Charging is on request allowed on a dedicated EV charger.
Extra person €60/day (max 2 extra persons)
Cleaning fees Extra cleaning €150, garden/maid €25/h, extra pool cleaning €80 (on request).
BBQ Charcoal only. Cleaning fee €25 if left dirty only.
Garbage has to by brought to the container along the street. You will find the container before you drive in to Vale Vinagre. On you right you will see 2 gray container. Separation/selection is not needed yet.
Security cameras On outdoor grounds only and not pointed to the accommodation to protect guest privacy (not inside accommodations).
Deposit €500, transferred in advance to IBAN: BE57735054460535 / BIC: KREDBEBB. Refunded within 10 days after departure if no damage.
⚠️ Notable Warnings
- Wet clothes – Don’t sit on sofas/beds.
- Sunscreme-oil on sheets/sofa – Will be charged.
- Toilet – Only toilet paper. No wipes, tampons, grease, or food.
- Cushions & awning – Fold when windy or leaving.
- Consumables – You must bring your own (dish soap, tablets, toilet paper, etc.). an rental packet with basic kitchen things is available. if not, please ask for it,
